Abstract
The article deals with the problems of introduction of creative technologies of regional marketing for the cross-border cooperation development of regions of the Russian Far East. While analizing characteristics of marketing innovation as the field of the creative economy, the author focus special attention on the systemic innovation in socio-economic policy actors of the regional marketing
